Sky Dancer is a fast-paced mobile running game in which you take on the role of an athlete -- or 'sky dancer' -- running through a gorgeous alien landscape. Your character always runs steadily forward, so you'll need to steer your character to leap from one platform to another.

Race across the sky

The core gameplay of Sky Dancer is very simple: you move your character through the environment, running across platforms and falling from one to another. Controlling your movement as you fall is important but tricky -- the controls are a little sensitive and you'll take some time to get used to them. Miss your landing and you'll plummet to your doom. Along the way you'll collect coins that help you unlock new characters. The graphics are simple but attractive, with a sparse calmness that makes them very pleasant to play through. And it's a good thing, too, because they're fundamentally pretty similar to each other. After a few levels, they start to feel a little repetitive. However, one gamer's 'boring' is another's 'relaxing,' and the early levels have a lot to recommend them. As with most free mobile games, this one offers in-app purchases.
